FIR against Tripura CPI-M Top Leaders ov | AGARTALA, June 5 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb's right-hand-man Ratan Lal Nath who earlier was also accused for all intrigues against former Minister Badal Chowdhury and holding various violence in state, now again has been labeled as vendetta-politics-mastermind against senior communist leaders over their Facebook posts. Former CPI-M Minister, former MP, Gana Mukti Parishad (GMP) President Jitendra Choudhury was summoned to Amtali Police Station centering a Facebook post. Two other CPI-M leaders Bijan Dhar, MLA Bhanulal Saha were also called in different police stations and they were also interrogated by police. Coming out of the Amtali Police Station, Jitendra Chowdhury was asked by media, whether there is any intrigue sensed behind the FIRs against the Communist leaders. JUMLA : BJP Promised Rs. 340 minimum Wag | BISHALGARH, June 3 (TIWN): Workers gheraoed, blocked MGNREGA project officials at Bishalgarh RD Block area after the workers were offered with only Rs.105 wage. This is not the first time such incident took place but after BJP came in power a new trend of payment has been started which says, based on measurement, mandays will be given but before election no such talk was held by BJP, rather it was ensured that MGNREGA and any project work under the Govt will be given Rs. 340 as mandays. The workers reportedly staged a protest, blocking the area for around 4 hours. The work was conducted at Bishalgarh RD Block, under Lakkhibil Gram Panchayat, where a pond was dug and after whole day's work, when the officials came, they claimed that the work measurement allows only Rs. 105 for each worker.
