AGARTALA, June 3 (TIWN): A worker has died in Santir Bazar after he was trapped in a landslide on June 1st. The incident took place on June 1st but no representative of the company even met the victim family.

The deceased has been identified as Mahendra Tripura (35), was working for a power dept project.  After the incident, getting information, TSR Jawans, 9th Bn and Fire Brigade team had rushed to the spot and the body was recovered. 

He was working under Teams India Tower Line company. Family have condemned the brutal attitude of the private company and said, the company must take some responsibility of the deceased's children.
