But it is a fact that, one more FIR was lodged in the multi-crore Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan scam. DSP cum SDPO Sanjay Biswas will investigate the newly filed case. As per sources, new case was needed to bring suspected top officials of the Education Department and the Bank members under noose of law. Topmost sources informed that Inspector General of Police Anurag Dhyankar himself read a brief detail about the ongoing process of the biggest ever scam of Education Department. After investigating the details, IG found that not only top officials but some bank members are also involved in this case. On the other hand, names of some political leaders and the investigative officials also found, who are hand in glove in corruption. To reveal out the truth Mr. Dhyankar instructed to lodge a new FIR apart from the existing case bearing No-156/14. Ganguly said the NIA probe would throw up "uncomfortable" facts for the state's ruling Trinamool Congress.The explosion at a house in Burdwan district's Khagragarh killed two suspected Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen militants and injured another. Amid allegations of the Trinamool trying to cover up the probe, the central government Oct 9 directed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to take over the probe of the incident in which a banned Bangladeshi militant group is suspected to be involved."The incident involves the security of the nation and the centre has all the right to direct the NIA to investigate it.
