Reacting to the rumours spread from some corners that Congress has not spoken to Abhisekh Manu Singbhi regarding the case Dr Sinha said," For political reasons anybody can make any statement. But the truth is that Abhisekh Manu Singbhi has been appointed as a lawyer in this case and hopefully the PCC leaders alongwith advocate Arun Kanti Bhowmik will meet with him this evening."

It is learnt that Abhisekh Manu Sangvi  has asked the PCC delegates to submit all the details regarding the 10323 teachers jobs termination case. As of now the hearing of the case is scheduled to be held on 27th October. However, a senior advocate told TIWN that state govt has been befooling the people of Tripura saying that the Supreme Court has given stay order on the entire judgement of the High Court. But the truth is that the stay order is only about the 'Correction and Declaration of New Recruitment Rules with in 31st July 2014.
