"cVigil, a citizen app, will help the public reach out to Election Commission on any malpractices†announced Sunil Arora, the Chief Election Commissioner, during the press conference.By using this app, citizens can immediately report on incidents of misconduct within minutes of having witnessed them and without having to rush to the office of the returning officer to lodge a complaint.The vigilant citizen has to click a picture or record a video of up to two minutes’ duration of the scene of violations of the model code. The photo or video is to be uploaded on the app. The automated location mapping will be done by the app using the Geographic Information System. Fake ‘Desh-Bhakti of BJP exposed : | AGARTALA, March 10 (TIWN): Four days after CPI-M complained Election Commission of India to restrain BJP and any other parties to use martyrs and other jawans photos in Election campaigning and also Navy Chief Admiral L Ramdas told the Election Commission the same, Election Commission instructed political parties to keep the country’s defence personnel out of election campaigning and not to use their photographs in advertisements. The order came following a Ministry of Defence complaint. Neither the Govt could give 50,000 Govt jobs nor 7 lakhs unemployed youths livelihood, rather from police to TSR all ongoing recruitments were cancelled by the present Govt. TET recruitment almost has been stopped. Pump workers, Angawadi workers are terminated. Instead of giving jobs now they are lecturing to rear cows, which is not Tripura’s culture.
