BSF increases patrolling on Borders to e | AGARTALA, Aug 14 (TIWN): On the wake of 71st Independence day, BSF has increased border patrolling at Indo-Bangla borders amid flood and natural disturbances. Border Security Force (BSF) have deployed additional forces to step up vigil in the state bordering with neighbouring Bangladesh just after the days ahead of the Independence Day celebrations on August 15, the Union home ministry has issued a massive security alert to all states of possible terror attacks, with special focus on border states. The BSF official said that strength of security forces was augmented in vital areas of the state especially in the areas where the barbed wire fencings are yet to be constructed. Patrolling along the Assam-Agartala national highway and interior places was being intensified as a precautionary measure. Flood toll rises to 3 in Tripura : 11-ye | AGARTALA, Aug 13 (TIWN): On the third day of Agartala flood the death toll has increased at three on Sunday. After a 15 years boy was electrocuted to death, with another tragic incident one 11 years girl's dead body was recovered at Pratapgarh from river Howrah. Tension has gripped the whole area with the saddened incident. According to the eye witnesses, the 11 years girl Ria Dey had flown into water on last Friday when flood had hit the state's Western part. The family members immediately lodged an missing complaints following the incident but there was no attempt for rescue the girl led her to meet the tragic death in the river. Resentment has brewed among the locals alleging two children had together flown into the water, but the family had rescued one on the spot but another could not be. The helpless father had broken into tears while recovering her dead body from the river. But giving a surprise, the relief camp at Dayal Ananda School on Sunday was given an excellent look with all kinds of facilities found available in compare to first two days. Talking to SP West Abhijit Saptashi regarding the security arrangement he said, "There is initially no threat but amid the flood situation across the state, the checking in public places are going on tightly. A huge number of security to be provided all over the West Dist to mark a safe celebration day". Salak Debbarma was kidnapped openly at the Lake Chowmuhani area from a rickshaw before 8 days at Buddha Mandir area. The incident took place on the heart of the capital city, after she was kidnapped just 10 months back in 2016 by the same gang. Just because once ruling party backed goon's lusty eyes fall on the girl, so she is the victim. The fatherless girl, who is her poor mother Anju Debbarma's all hopes was also kidnapped in 2016's Durga Puja times by Kutan Malakar (Bikash), S/O- Tapan Malakar. Later, police returned the girl without clarifying from where she was found actually. Till day police couldn't file the chargesheet of her kidnapping incident (of 2016, 31st October). Again after 10 months the same girl Susmita Debbarma when was coming with her sister from the quarter, a group of mafias led by Kutan Malakar and his friend Rahul Das had kidnapped her on Aug 3 (2017).
