Agitated parents on Friday locked Athaibari school in Khowai in protest against shortage of teachers and continuous transfer of teachers there. Reportedly, angry parents again locked the school in protest against the transfer of teachers. The complaints of the parents are that due to the lack of teachers in the school, classes are not being done properly, and if one more teacher is transferred, the students' studies will be heavily disturbed.
