AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): Amid teacher crisis, teacher from Athaibari School has transferred, centering this the guardians hung lock in the School. The School is located in Padmabil block under Khowai Sub-Division.

The complaints of the parents are that due to the lack of teachers in the school, the Education is not being done properly, and amid teacher crisis hits in the School one more teacher is transferred from the School, which will create disturbances in the Education. And Centering this the angst parents locked the school keeping teachers inside.

On the other hand, it is known that despite Athaibari school being a High school, there are not enough teachers in the school, there are 52 students in the primary section and 160 students in the Upper section, and the School runs with only 9 teachers, so it is impossible to conduct classes properly.

After 2 long hours of lock the office bearers rushed to the spot and the parents freed the lock after getting assurance from the officials.
