Talking to TIWN on Thursday morning Ratan Lal Nath exposed the bonding of Chief Minister with 'Jiban Sambriddhi' chit fund group's owner Ratan Kumar Chowdhury to whom Chief Minister gave his wife's property as 'power of attorney'.
