AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): MLA Ashish Saha on Day-2 of the Assembly Session's very beginning raised the issue of pathetic condition of Nagerjala-Battala road asking when the road will be repaired. In reply Tripura PWD Minister Badal Chowdhury said that before the flyover project gets completed the road can't be checked for further maintenance. It's not possible both flyover and road can be maintained at the same time as one route has to be kept clear for vehicles". Badal Chowdhury's reply created further uproars in the Assembly fueled Opposition MLA Rtan Lal Nath as the flyover competition can not be possible by this running year. The National Highway issue was much relevant on the debates just a heavy controversy was erupted after CPI-M State Secretary Bijan Dhar yesterday after he said that National Highway belongs to the Central Govt referring Tripura gymnast Dipa Karmakar's returning of BMW vehicle issuing pathetic roadways in Tripura.The other discussed issues were regarding minority rights issues as Ratan Lal Nath charged the CPI-M Govt for looting minorities lands.

A heavy debate developed among the ruling and opposition which at the end crossed beyond limitation by calling each others 'shameless' political leaders. 

However, Badal Chowdhury said, 'Before Flyover Project's competition road can't be repaired' .
