Lawless Tripura’s noise pollution | AGARTALA, Dec 12 (TIWN): Lawlessness gripped Tripura’s every nook & corner as various clubs disturbing mass population with high-pitch sounds on the pretext of religious festivals. Sighting an example, an hour-long protest was held by the Hindu devotees at Salbagan led by Salbagan Bazar Committee on Monday against police’s action for disrupting their religious activity using high sound mikes after night 12 AM. According to them, till day nobody disrupted in their works in that area, but yesterday without any announcement police stopped their religious practice all of a sudden.
