‘Tripura placed 23 demands to Central | AGARTALA, June 25 (TIWN): Tripura Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy on Tuesday said at least 23 number demands were placed before the central government ahead of the central budget placement by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Addressing media, Roy said, ahead of the central budget planning, a preparatory meeting was held with the state Finance Ministers and like other states, Tripura too placed its demands for the pilot projects. Kharang Debbarma, a second-year Twipra Students Federation (TSF) member who was injured in a fight between students during the admission process at Maharaja Bir Vikram College, is currently under treatment in GB. TSF said, it strongly condemned the incident, and the TSF members were innocent.
