AGARTALA, Feb 9 (TIWN): 148 voters from 38 CPI-M, Trinamool, Congress families have joined in BJP on Wednesday.

Reportedly on Wednesday at Ram Sundar Nagar under West Joynagar the joining programme was held.

A BJP Leader also said that the trend of joining BJP was continuing all over the state. 'Actually despite failure of the ruling CPI (M) the Congress could never play the role of constructive opposition; this is the reason why the frustrated voters have joined the BJP and our ranks will swell all over the state' said BJP Leaders of Surma   .

Reportedly in last 1 year around 50,000 people had joined in BJP.
