AGARTALA, Jan 22 (TIWN): Ahead of the Assembly Poll, CPIM held a massive rally in Aralia raising various demands.
Confronting media, a senior CPIM leader said, in the last 5 years CPIM could not organise a rally and party meeting and had to go through inhumane conditions. CMIP leader's statement declares that BJP Govt leaders did not allow oppositions to organise party programs and rallies.
They organised the rally to give a clear message among local people to restore democracy, to establish the deteriorated Law and Order and to rebuild the Freedom of Speech.
Besides they sought votes for them to defeat the BJP from the state.
