AGARTALA, June 25 (TIWN): Common people are exhausted over increasing theft cases but there is no scenario to curb increasing theft cases. Locals caught a young aged man red handed while he was attempting to steal in a house in the AD Nagar area.

According to the details it is known, today morning a young aged man came to steal from a house at Ramthakur College area under AD Nagar PS. Suddenly locals noticed a man trying to climb wall to enter a house, later he was caught red-handed. On being asked the thief admitted he came to steal in the area.

Later the local people tied him with a pillar and informed the police, Police reached the spot and took him to the AD Nagar PS. Though the locals expressed extreme anger as theft cases are frequently occurring in the area.

The thief has been identified as Bhola Mia, resident of Madhupur.
