Tripura Govt accepted lack of quality in School Education

AGARTALA, Feb 25 (TIWN): After pushed by the Central Govt, Tripura Govt has accepted the fact about lack-of quality in Tripura School Education system.

As a part of remedy Tripura Finance Minister Bhanulal Saha said that this year pressure will be laid upon the quality of education.

However, what will be the expenditure for this nothing has been clarified.

As per Saha's statement in the budget, "Our govt believes in the philosophy of Education to all. The state govt is taking several measures to improve school infrastructure, recruitment of qualified teachers, re-orientation training to teachers to improve performance of school and monitoring of lagging school in rural areas".

Moreover, 1793 under graduate and 1457 number of post graduate teachers will be recruited this year.
