AGARTALA, Feb 12 (TIWN): Tripura Civil Association Officer observed 24th Biennial Conference on Sunday.

CM Manik Sarkar was present as the Chief Guest of the programme.

The programme was centered on the 50 years of completion of the Assoctaion.

During the speech CM discussed on the present scenario of the Country and Tripura’s problems and position in it.
