AGARTALA, Dec 29 (TIWN): In a historical bold initiative, Modi Govt likely to end decades long deprivation of State Govt employees in salary disparity by CPI-M Govt in Tripura. "Due to Narendra Modi led Central Govt's bold initiatives, there will be no DA, Salary gap between the state and central govt employees as from the next Financial Year Tripura Govt employees will receive their deserved salary directly from the Centre", Tripura BJP state President Biplab Deb talking to TIWN on Thursday said that no need of 5 % DA from the ‘poor CPI-M govt’, which has no revenue generation, no income, only rampant corruption. From now on, direct beneficiary system to end all the problems of Salary gaps, which the Tripura Govt employees had been facing since 23 yrs. “Instead of giving full pay scale to the Govt Employees, Tripura Govt has been distributing that fund to other party bearers and temp job holders", Deb said. "So many unnecessary jobs were created by Tripura Govt just to gather the public supports, vote banks, mainly to benefit CPI-M families, but the money actually belong to the regular employees”, Deb added.

However, with this historical move of Modi Govt. the draconian  fix pay system by Manik Sarkar Govt  may also be abolished from Tripura permanently.

It was said by Tripura Finance Minister that the candidates who will qualify TET Examination will be kept in Fixed-Pay-Scale for 5 yrs, but if directly the salary is gone to their accounts then they will get their full salary.

Now more bad days for Manik Sarkar as due to fund crisis, many people also may lose jobs under this ‘poor govt’, who were taking share of the regular employees salary.

It’s worthy to mention here that discussion was going on across the nation about 7th Pay Commission’s implementation. But giving an utter surprise on Wednesday Tripura Finance Dept announced 5 % DA to the employees from Jan 1st.

Biplab Deb further said, “Whereas the gap is about 42 %, Tripura Govt is trying to fool the public with 5 % DA ! This is hopeless”.

It’s worthy to mention here that India is first time undergoing such miracles against all corruptions under PM Modi’s Era. Almost the country was replicating itself as a corrupt country and in Tripura, people took it for granted that 5000 rupees of fixed salary is similar to get the God, as people have no other option in Tripura apart from Govt job.

Biplab Deb further said, “Tripura CPI-M Govt will not do anything fro benefit people, unless Centre interferes as it has no income yet and zero revenue collection even-after ruling of 23 yrs”.
