Kailashahar : CPI-M candidate wins with massive vote, Cong 2nd, BJP 3rd

KAILASHAHAR, Dec 23 (TIWN): Kailashahar’s Gournagar Panchayat’s No 7 ward has been occupied by CPI-M candidate Runa Begam.
Apart from that at Lakhmipur Panchayat 1 seat and at Rangauti Panchayat 2 seats were won by CPI-M.
The Halair Par Panchayat, under Chandipur has been won by BJP and at Sarojoni Panchayat 1 seat has bagged by CPI-M.
Under Panchayat Samiti CPI-M candidate 1089, Congress 448, BJP 213, TMC 27 votes gathered.
At Lakmipur Panchayat CPI-M candidate Amin Uddin has got 140 votes and own the seat.
Halair Par Panchayat was won by BJP candidate Ratan Das with 25 votes, and at Sarojini Panchayat CPI-M won by 77 votes and Congress got 1 vote.
Apart from Halair Par Congress has remained in 2nd position in 5 seats.
