KUMARGHAT / PECHARTHAL, Dec 15 (TIWN): Whereas everyday accidents are killing people here, many getting serious injuries for lifetime, Tripura DGP K Nagraj is studying from internet and calculating with lump sum which led him to declare that 25 % accident rate has been decreased here.
TIWN Unakoti correspondent reported that in last 24 hrs atleast 5 persons have been seriously injured in 2 accidents over Kumarghat-Pecharthal national Highway.
Due to reckless driving a vehicle fall down to 50 ft below from the road & two men, one woman and a 10 months baby were seriously injured. They are undergoing treatment at Kumarghat Hospital, TIWN reported.
On the other hand a Class-8 student named Kishore Kr. Tripura left critically injured in a separate accident. As per last report doctor announced him in critical condition and nothing can be said about his recovery.
