AGARTALA, Dec 15 (TIWN): Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy once again told police to find out own flaws to uplift the police force and to re-generate the trust among public for police.
In Human Rights Day-2016 also, Governor told the same thing to police referring Datamohon Jamatia’s speech criminal / terrorist supportive human rights laws at Pragna Bhawan & again on Wednesday in programme on Training-Cum-Workshop on ‘Police-Public Interference to Combat crimes’ Roy recalls his message for police.
“The victims' right is more important rather than the criminals”, Roy said.
“Balancing the right of terrorist or criminals doesn’t mean that you will share tea-coffees with them”, said Roy.
In that programme DGP K Nagraj and other police officials were also present.
