UDAIPUR, Dec 7 (TIWN): Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Court no. 03, Udaipur, Gomati Tripura, has convicted one person namely Rafik Miah (42) S/O Lt. Rakman Miah of Shilghati PS KKB, Gomati District U/S 279 IPC.

On 18-01-2012 KKB PS Case No. 2012KKB012 U/S- 279/427 IPC was registered on the basis of written complaint of Sri Sagar Moy Ghosh S/O Sri Biplab Kr. Ghosh of Madhya Para UDP PS RKP under Gomati District; against the driver of a Max Bearing Regd. No. TR-03-A-2370 for negligent driving on 18-01-12 at about 1630 hrs. in course of proceeding from Udaipur to Jamjuri Side when reached atBaishnabir Chowmohany Near By Jatri shed at that time offending vehicle bearing no. TR-03-A-2370 (Max) come there from opposite direction with rush and negligent driving by the driver of TR-03-A-2370 Max and suddenly collided to the said vehicle bearing no. TR-03-D-0234. As a result the said vehicle B/No. TR-03-D-0234 partly damaged.

 After investigation I.O of the case SI Sankar Nag filed Charge-sheet on 31-01-2012 vide KKB PS C/S No. 15/2012, U/S 279/427 IPC against the Driver of offending vehicle namely Rafik Miah (42) S/O Lt. Rakman Miah of Shilghati PS KKB, Gomati District.The trial Court on appreciation of evidence found the accused person namely Rafik Miah isguilty U/S 279 IPC & sentenced him to pay a fine of Rs- 1000/- I.D to payment to suffer S.I for 01(One) Month.
