AGARTALA, Dec 5 (TIWN): Following Tripura Communist Chief Minister’s anti-digital trend, who recently declined to be in Central Committee for Cashless society, the Urban Development Minister Manik Dey on Monday repeated the same line with spices while a technical conversation was going on. He said, “I’m not technical, I'm political’. When as the Power Minister representative, he stood to deliver his speeches before many delegates from other states, Dey preferred to remain more ‘political’ than technological. Question arises, why the CPI-Ms are so happy to show themselves as digitally, technologically ignorant ? On the other side, Telengana Deputy CM Kadiyam Srihari, who is also the Education Minister there was advised with Tripura’s high literacy rate by Tripura CM at Secretariat. But the skill-less literacy rate of Tripura, which has burdened the state with 7 lakhs of unemployed youths was not discussed just because skill, digital knowledge were always sidelined by Communists & which is the reason for the very less progress here.

Power Minister Manik Dey is now running after less costly electric bill, as with his blessing the state is now under loans of Rs. 250 crores with 9.90 rupees interest from the UBI. The same Minister is ruling over Urban Development and Transport Dept. and due to his blessing form NH-44 to Agartala City and other urban bodies left in fully unhygienic condition.

It’s worthy to mention here that when Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar declined the Central Govt to be in the cashless transaction committee, did it matter at all for rest of India? Tripura, which is left backward under left-front era, got a chance to receive central focus, but the CM proudly expressed his ‘Digital-Ignorance’ and said clearly that he is incapable for the post.

Same, following Tripura Chief Minister, the Urban Development Minister Manik Dey also was proudly advertizing that he is not technically expert, signifying his secretaries are doing that job on his part.

He was smiling, and in return the whole Prgana Bhawan was also laughing at him where the lameduck minister was delivering his speech by advertizing him as a ‘Political Man’.

Such is the condition of Tripura, where before Martyrs dead body, a Minister gives Red-salute and on the next day another Minister calls ownself as ‘Political’ in a business meet.
