AGARTALA, Oct 6 (TIWN): The Unokoti designed pandal has drawn mass attention in this Durga Puja at Agartala.

The initiative to make a pandal in Unakoti design has been taken by Kunjaban Sporting Club.

Unakoti which is in Northern part of Tripura----- due to deplorable shape of Tripura’s roadway, people do not like to go there now a days.

But the Unakoti replica has successfully drew mass attention in this puja at Kunjaban.

In original Unakoti images found at Unakoti are of two types: namely rock-carved figures and stone images. Among the rock cut carvings, the central Shiva head and gigantic Ganesha figures deserve special mention.
