KAMALPUR, Oct 6 (TIWN): In a bizarre incident happened last night around 9-45 pm at remote Shimbukchak at an SPO camp under Salema Police Station an SPO jawan charged three bullets on the camp in-charge.

The in-charge namely Apansen Akhtar was immediately shifted to District Hospital at Kulai and then to the GBP Hospital in a critical condition. The jawan Rajkuamr Das remained absconding jut after the incident. Police led by SDPO Dr. Chandan Saha searched for that jawan whole night but failed to trace him.

According to the information, the altercation started regarding some trifling matter between Apansen and Rajkumar. And shortly it reached to an extent that, the Rajkumar lost his nerves and shot three bullets on Apansen and fled away.

The incident sparked resentment among the locale. However, it got speculated that, Rajkumar might adopt the step after long deprivation and humiliation at the hands of the officers like other SPOs. However, police trying its best to nab Rajkumar.
