BJP burnt Manik Sarkar’s effigy for Anti-National remarks

KOLKATA / AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): BJP burnt effigy of Tripura CM Manik Sarkar & CPI-M National leader Sitaram Yechury after Manik Sarkar hit PM Modi with anti-nationalist talks.
CM Manik Sarkar said India Govt.’s over dominance on neighboring countries is the reason behind terrorism threats in Country.
Although many protests held statewide against CM’s speech, but no lesson learnt as Sitaram Yechury also said same on Saturday.
“The more you get closer to the US, the more you become vulnerable to the anti-US terror groups”, say Yechury. He further criticized India’s foreign policy.
Before Kolkata CPI-M Party Office CM Manik Sarkar & Yechury’s effigies were burnt by Kolkata BJP supporters.
