AGARTALA, Sep 26 (TIWN): Chaos for job, crisis for earning, struggle for survival & tension for basic needs in Tripura--------- are no more hidden in 2016, as unemployment rate has lifted up with 7 lakhs of people. Tripura govt. has already conducted the Re-TET Exam in Sept, which was told to be held in the month of June-July-2016, after Dec-2016’s miserable result in TET.Earlier the TET Exam, which was held in December, had failed to find out enough number of qualified candidates. Reportedly, On December 21st the first TET Exam in Tripura was held, but the passing rate was very poor, which exposed the Education Quality Tripura School & Higher Education System.

The most important TET exam yet to be conducted, which is for the Post-graduate Teachers.

Seeing the quality of passing rate question raised, where the Education system stands?

Whereas Tripura Govt claimed for having the highest literacy rate, but who will measure the quality in Education that only 4 percent can pass out in an Exam?

Highest Literacy rate of Tripura is also claimed as the human resource & recognized as state’s potentiality but the quality of the Education system without skills in Tripura has damaged the backbone of generations since 23 years in Left-front regime.

However, the battle for TET Examination is against those 10,323 posts (whose jobs were cancelled by High Court), along with other vacant posts in Tripura schools.

Tripura Govt. was never interested to conduct TET Examination, as the teaching posts were the most attractive posts which can be given to their party cadres, without any merit. It was proven when High Court the then Chief Justice Dipak Gupta cancelling the jobs of 10,323 teachers ordered to fill up the vacancies within December. In this situation the fate of the 10,323 teachers’ are waiting for the Supreme Court’s final hearing.

The teachers for Rs. 5000/, Rs. 7000/-, Rs. 8000/ for first 5 years are now battling to pass in TET. But the December TET qualified teachers are still unemployed.

Question raises now, in every 5 years how many jobs Tripura Govt. will give to the TET Qualifiers among 7 lakhs of total unemployed people?

Anti-industrialist, anti-capitalistic CPI-M Ministers are sitting like handicapped, & their works are to wait for some funds from the Central Govt & to win the Election with poor people’s vote
