AGARTALA, Oct 29 (TIWN): Placing the case Diary in the court, CID claimed that the elder son Dipanjoy Saha is the master mind behind the murder of his mother 50 years old Santa Saha and was assisted by the three other accused.Rejecting the bail petition once again the court has sent the four accused to 12 days of jail custody till November 7 in connection to the sensational murder of santa saha.With the end of the jail custody of four accused identified as Dipanjoy Saha, Bitanjoy Saha and two mafia’s Ranabir Lodh and Krishna Dey, CID will again produce the accused before the court on November 7.According to the sources, CID has collected few more evidence related to the murder of Santa Saha. The sources also confirmed that, the accused has taken the help of technology to execute the murder of the Santa Saha as all the details related to the murder was there in the laptop of the elder son Dipanjoy Saha. However, CID has also ceased the laptop and mobile phone of prime accused of the murder Dipanjoy Saha.

However, CID has almost completed the investigation related to the murder and will submit the report before the court soon.

The sources also said that, Dipanjoy has an expert hand in the field of computer technology and talking this advantage he has deleted many details related to the murder case from his laptop. However, the cid officials are further trying to recover those details from his laptop.

CID further claimed that 50 years old Santa Saha was killed brutally by her Sons only because she was opposing her elder son’s Dipanjoy saha illicit relationship with his own relative despite of being married to some other women. Santa Saha’s elder son Dipanjoy saha is mainly accused for his deep involvement in the murder of his mother, claimed police.

It is to be mentioned here that almost after 2 months of sensational murder case of 50 years old Santa Saha on August 17, West, East and NCC police finally arrested the two accused son elder son Dipanjoy Saha and older son Bitanjoy Saha and two other wanted mafia’s Ranabir Lodh and Krishna Dey from 79 tilla area and Shyamali Bazar in allegation of killing their own mother.

 Reportedly, the incident took place at 11 in the morning when all the family members of the deceased were out of the house and she was alone at her home. Taking the advantage of the empty house the miscreants and the hooligans thronged into her room and attacked her with sharp weapon. The miscreants attacked her brutally with a sharp weapon and left her dead on the spot.
