AGARTALA, Oct 27 (TIWN): On yet another tragic incident, Ambassa Police on Tuesday recovered a body of a woman from her own house at Hotat Colony.
However, police is suspecting it to be a murder case, as injuries with sharp weapons has been found on her body.
The tiny state has been turning to a serious concern for the common people, especially for women, girls, housewives.
The body was recovered from deceased own house. Getting alarm about the incident the Ambassa Police rushed to the spot along with dog squad.
We are suspecting it to be a murder case, as several injuries of sharp weapons has been found on the body, said police sources.
Police is further investigating the case.
Detailing about the deceased woman it has been mentioned that she was a divorce woman and left her husband’s house long back.
Despite of several tall claims by the authority that the crime against women has decreased here in Tripura, day by day the crime against women are increasing.
Overall scenario of crime against women in Tripura is increasing at an alarming rate.
Tension prevails with this tragic incident over the locals of Hotat Colony.
Of late crime against women are increasing at an alarming rate which includes torture, rape, murder and various other illicit act on the women by miscreants and sometimes by the family members themselves.
However, despite of increase in crime against woman at an alarming, the authority is playing role of silent spectator.
