First TET to held  in the state  on December 21

AGARTALA, Oct 15 (TIWN): The first Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) in the state for recruiting teachers in senior basic and primary level schools will held on 21st December. The test will held on eight towns of eight districts. Online filling up forms will start from October 16. This was informed by TET recruitment board in press communiqué on Thursday. The eight town were the test will be conducted are – Agartala,Udaipur,Belonia,Sonamura,Khowai, Kamalpur,Kailashsahar, and Dharmanagar. The name of exam centers will be notified later. The online filling up form will start October 16 till November 10, fee can be submitted till November 16.

The communiqué also stated that admit cards can be downloaded from December 1 to December 10.The test  will  be conducted in two phase -  for primary teachers test will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 noon and senior basic teachers test will be conducted from 1 PM to 3.30 PM.All details of regarding TET can be accessed from the website www.trb.tripura.gov.in.

It is mentionable here that all kind of school teacher recruitment will be done through TET. After constitution of recruitment board the first test will be conducted on December 21 next.As per information test will be conducted in two phases – primary  level and senior basic level. Marks for each test will be 150 marks and pass mark are 90. The  question papers will be in MSQ pattern with  no negative marks.
