AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): The investigation of TSR jawan murdered at Killa is in final stage. In next few days, police will submit the charge sheet at court. The wife of the deceased jawan including few others according to report has been named in the charge sheet. After submission of charge sheet hearing of the case will start.

Meanwhile all the accused are on anticipatory bail granted by court. Due to failure of police the hearing could not be done in custodial trial.  While investigation police found came to conclusion that extra – maritial relationship of the deceased wife led to his murder.Initially police was in dark about the cause of murder, later the case was handed over to CID of stat police. In police custody the deceased jawan wife and his close friend disclosed lot things about their involvement in the murder.The wife during interrogation  confessed that she had an affair with husband friend. And her husband was murdered in pre – planned manner.  

It may be recalled  that on March 12, 2014 the TSR  jawan was shot dead while he was riding his motorbike in Gomati District.The deceased jawan namely, Manik Roy was posted at 10th Battalion of the TSR.Two marks of bullet were found on his head and chest. We could know in detail once the forensic report reaches our hand.He was the resident of Bishalgarh in Sepahijala District. Later two – accused Banani Sarkar and Rajib Roy was arrested for alleged involvement in the murder of the  jawan. Banani Sarkar is the wife of the deceased jawan.
