KHOWAI, Oct 6 (TIWN): A conference has been held at Bhagat Singh Yuba Abashan’s Hall No.2 with the aim to discuss the educational project organizing by Tata Trust at Tulashikar Block, under Khowai subdivision.

Dignitaries as Sri Bishwanath, Director of the Project under Tata Trust, Saraswati Padmnabhan, Project Co-ordinator, Uttam Kr. Chakma, co-ordinator State Sarbashiksha Abhiyan, Dr. Prasant kr. Goel, School Education Director, Ajit Chandra Das, Add. Deputy Director of Sarbashiksha Abhyan and others were present during the programme.

The topic of discussion in that programme was how to develop the quality of teaching from Class-1 to 10 in English, Science & Mathematics.

However, it was also announced that few special research persons will be appointed in this purpose.

The research persons will be trained from the month of October to December in this running year.
