AGARTALA, Oct 4 (TIWN): With an aim to grave votes for the ensuing Municipal and Nagar Panchayat election, all the political parties are all set for extending support to candidates in the Panchayat Bi-election and Municipal Election.
Reportedly, keeping eye on the upcoming elections the ruling party leaders all set with their tours of key seats across the area, combining positive messages with warnings about the consequences of their opponents taking power.
Ruling party with a goal to win the election begins to encourage various schemes which are beneficial for the unemployed and the poor. It includes, Mudra Yojana through which the small and micro sector industries will be benefited with small amount of investment.
Meanwhile, they are also ensuring people to provide houses under Indira Awaas Yojna and many other schemes.
Besides, the opposition party are raising voice against the corruption in the state under the ruling Government. They are protesting every after few days with various burning issues and busy in highlighting the corruption occurred in the left rule.
Therefore, they are holding protest, placing deputation and doing rallies with a banner protesting against the ruling government.
However, altogether 54 polling stations have been finally declared for all the 27 seats.
A total of 23 polling stations have been declared for the seat number 12 of Dukli Block under West Tripura District Council. Besides, six polling stations have been declared for the seat number 7 of Bamutia Panchayat Samiti.
A part from all this, all the 25 Gram Panchayat has been declared with one polling station each.
