AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): Although Tripura's CPI-M Govt. never stop crying for funds or waste any opportunity to blast Central govt. for not allocating funds, TECC (Tripura Employees’ Co-ordination Committee) employees on Thursday had wasted lot of funds to celebrate 12th State level Convention.
Surprisingly, even though state is suffering from fuel crisis, around thousand people on Thursday morning had participated in rally to show off CPI-M muscle power.
The bike-rally had been organized in this regard at morning 8 am, which moved across several parts of the city. Minister Bhanulal Saha later joined TECC 12th convention in the evening at Rabindra Bhawan.
The programme has been organised in 3 parts. After the rally, there was committee flag hoisting celebration at 1 pm at the premises of the Najrul Kalashetra and the main programme was held after that.
Various rallies, awareness camps are being organized by the state govt. in every week. Whether in the name of awareness camp for the safey of children or women, or plantation programmes: funds are available, but whenever the workers ask for delayed wages or any renovation work state govt. blames the centre for not allocating funds.
In the issue of NH-44's dilipidated condition, state govt. blamed the centre for not allocating funds, whether every year funds are being released from the centre.
This only happens inTripura, where with a tag of a poorest chief Minister; Manik Sarkar fooled the country about his clean image but in reality CM backs corruption via scamster BDO Bimal Chakraborty, also due to CPI-M's propaganda machinery, lack of proper planning, State's valuable funds and public money get wasted like this Bike-Rally.
