KAMALPUR, July 27 (TIWN): A girl student of Kamalpur Govt. Degree College enrolled in the first year of distant mode Graduation course of Tripura University namely Purnima Oria (20) is missing from Tuesday last. Although the family members filed a missing diary with the police station she could not be recovered even after a week.
According to the missing diary and the family members of that girl Purnima, on Tuesday last Purnima came out of home at Mahabir area under Kamalpur to attend classes in College. But till then she never returned home.
The family members found her mobile numbers switched off. Then they searched for her with her friends and relatives. But she was found nowhere. Then the family members came to the College on Friday last and contacted with the Students’ Council. They advised the family members to contact with police station. On that very day the family filed a missing diary with the Kamalpur police station. But till date she remained out of trace.
It is noteworthy that, Purnima the daughter of late Narendra Oria hailed from a tea-worker family of Mahabir area and was the youngest of her five sisters. Her missing thronged the family in utter despair and fear of something untoward.
