AGARTALA, July 12(TIWN): Addressing the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. B.R Ambedkar in presence of Politburo member Brinda Karat at Rabindra Bhawan on Sunday CPI-M state committee secretary Bijan Dhar said that MLA Tapan Das is a core victim of conspiracy by RSS state unit for hampering the name of the party. MLA Tapan Das is completely innocent, claimed Bijan Dhar.
Concerning the RSS massive rally organized on Saturday he said that the state’s security is under threat due to 'unfriendly attitude' of the newly popping up of the RSS unit in the state. Addressing the gathering he said that the RSS is trying to spread its network in the State. He alleged that RSS is also trying to encourage divisive politics in the State and the Left Front will play a pro-active role to control the rise of the RSS.
He further said that, RSS is aiming to force "Hindutva ideologies" on the entire state by impeding the name of ruling party. It is trying to spread its ideals for creating a Hindu Rashtra. They are trying to force ideologies of Hindutva on educational institutions. In such a situation, the minority community is feeling alienated and are suffering from identity crisis.
RSS’ divisive politics on basis of tempering with the position of the CPI-M Tapan Das will not be allowed to gain a foothold in State, added Dhar. Days are not so far when RSS will play with the values of emotions, dedication, sacrifice and compassion of common public over the lust for money.
He described RSS in the State as a “degenerated, vicious anti-Communist force”. With the evolving of RSS in the state the discipline of the state will be seriously hampered and MLA Tapan Das is a victim of malicious conspiracy by RSS and he is completely innocent.
Concerning the attack on the RSS state unit member at Melagarh, Bijan Dhar said that MLA Tapan Das is completely innocent and he is no way responsible behind this attack on the RSS state unit and RSS is simply framing up a conspiracy for impede the good name of MLA Tapan Das in the state.
