TELIAMURA, July 7(TIWN): Concerning the negligence work which has hit the construction of Teliamura Sub-divisional hospital, Teliamura Health department Director J.K. Debbarma, Deputy Director A.K. Baidya made a visit to the site on Sunday and warned the construction labourers to complete the construction work within next 3 month.
Despite sanction of 18 crore rupees, the construction work of Teliamura Sub-divisional hospital is under-way since 2009.
At least 6 years have passed since 2009, but so far the construction work is not yet completed.
It has been since 6 years that the construction work of the Teliamura Sub-divisional hospital has not been completed yet, with the uncertainty hovers over the completion of the work. The concerned Department handed over the work order to HSCL Construction Company with the sanctioned amount of Rs.18 crore, along with a dead-line to complete the work within 18months from 2009.
Reportedly, on 11 October in the year 2009 the foundation stone for the hospital was laid. The responsibility of the construction work was given to HSCL Construction Company and the authority of the HSCL Company later handed over the construction work to TB construction.
Since then negligence has disrupted the construction work. And till date no-one can say when the construction work will be completed.
However, on a visit to the hospital construction site on Sunday Teliamura Health department Director J.K .Debbarma, Deputy Director A.K. Baidya strictly warned the construction labourers to complete the work within next 3 months of time or else the department will take strict action against the construction company.
