AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): Against Degenerate culture, a cultural programme has been organized with the initiative of Tripura Government Group- D Employee Association at the Association’s Centre Bhawan on Sunday.
Addressing the programme, Bhanulal Saha, Minister of Information and Cultural Affairs said that cultural values and beliefs stay throughout our life. Our moral values represent our culture.
Minister Saha stated that the importance of culture lies in its close association with the ways of thinking and living. With the progress in employment, people should also focus on culture. Culture plays a vital role in our daily life, added Saha.
However, women would come forward and focus on various activities of culture including singing, dancing and various others things. The persons who would like to stay connected with the cultural world should come forward to promote cultures in the state.
He further urged the families to support their children to participate in various cultural programmes organized in various part of the state. This attempt will lead culture to spread all over the state.
During the programme, Bimal Saha, Prasanta Saha and Babul Shil, leaders of the associations were present.
