Agartala, Sep1, (TIWN) As a part of the birth centenary of Swami Vivekananda a chariot namely ‘Vivek Rath’ was inaugurated by the Governor of the state, Devananda Kunwar here on Sunday. Ramakrishna Math and Mission has organized the programme and the chariot will roam several places of the city.

 Governor Mr. Kunwar in his speech on Sunday said “In present days the message of Swami Vivekananda is very much valuable for next generation”. Secretary of Ramakrishna Math and Mission Swami Hitakamananda Maharaj said in his speech that the programme has been arranged to inspire the youths. The ‘Vivek Rath’ will roam several places for next 11 days and will take a round of the city on September 11. People and disciples are now mainly waiting for that day.
