Agartala, February 19 (TIWN): The influence of State Government to cover up the multicrore scam of Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan is again come into highlight. In a written reply against the question raised by MLA Ratan Lal Nath, Minister-In Charge of the Home department told that till now, they are not aware of the total amount of money looted in the scam. However, the hearing of Arnab Ckakraborty’s bail plea will be raised at High Court on Thursday.

Besides that police is able to arrest only Arnab Chakraborty as the main accused along with his wife and mother. But the name of the bigwings is still at large. It is found that cashier Arnab Chakraborty, but the masterminds are still at large. It was found that Arnab had deposited 96 cheques, but no enquiry had been called by the then DDO, Ambalika Dutta. As 96 cheques cannot be deposited from specially one cheque book. Therefore, the question arises, that despite of being informed that such a large scam process is going on, why the higher officials like Education Secretary Rao or Director P.K.Chakraborty did not take any preventive measure? Though, on the other hand even if cheques have been issued with forged signatures, is there none to check the accounts regularly? There seems to be twist here. The big heads connected with the case are still at large. As because, it was not possible for an ordinary cashier to play such a multicrore scam. However, the CBI has taken suo moto cognizance of the multicrore RMSA scam in Tripura. But still now, no one was being covered under jurisdiction.

On the other hand, as now, Arnab Chakraborty is under police grip, some of the heavy weights are spending '; Sleepless nights’; Moreover, if Ambalika Datta challenges her suspension order in the High Court, Department is sure to receive another hammering.Though Police had raided the house of the top officials but, everything remains just same. Although none of the police officials made any comments but during these long hours of search police ceased many documents from all three top officials’ houses that are said to be crucial in regard to the current RMSA scam case. But still now, no exposure had been made on behalf of the police.

 Apart from that the hearing on Arnab Chakraborty’s bail plea will be placed on High Court tomorrow by Pijush Kanti Biswas. In the meantime, two other accused had already been granted bail. But the masterminds are trying heart and soul to release Arnab from jurisdiction, only to save their existence
