AGARTALA, Nov 12 (TIWN): Dipa Karmakar, who shined India's name at the Olympic got free training through Tripura Governmental scheme but now the Government is imposing various fees on the children leaving the poor people's children to give up on their dreams in the athletic world. According to the new rule, only the guardians of those athletes will be allowed inside the NSRCC complex who can pay Rs. 100 per month, which means guardians with financial stability can enter there. This decision has spared criticism with its financial discrimination structure.

At the same time the NSRCC authority said, they can not guarantee 100% security of the kids.
