AGARTALA, May 27 (TIWN): Roads in Mangalkhali Panchayat area under Jubarajnagar have remained in miserable conditions, occupied by water-mixed muddy ways, as the locals are unable to draw the attention of the authority even after several times they have made requests to the authority to fix it.
The road is under Mangalkhali Panchayat, Jubarajnagar constituency, where the locals said no development took place for the last forty years.
“We have been appealing to the local government for a long time, but the road was never fixed. All we want is for the local authority should inspect the road and work on to repair the road,” said a local. “It’s now an everyday pain for us to cross the road that connects the main road with our homes.”
