He visited Bhandarima Khashnam Pada area where the Bru community is residing.

The BJP leader talked to the locals and heard from them what issues they are facing right now while living there. He also inspected the quality of various government services provided in the area.

The Bru community’s people were accepted as Tripura’s permanent residents in 2020, and the Central Government also approved Rs. 668 crores for their development.

Tripura ADC areas will undergo elections, and the party leader's visit also appears politically strategic.
