Dwelling houses were constructed from the Block in the current financial year for as many as 233 BPL families under Rupaicherri Block area. It is reported that a total of 193 ST families, 20 SC families and 20 other families got the housing benefit from the concerned Block.

 It may be mentioned here that during last financial year a total of 269 families were provided housing benefit from the block while Rs. 1.30 crore were expended.
