DHARMANAGAR, July 5 (TIWN): BSF soldiers of Malakar Basti BOP under the Dharmanagar Sub-division of North Tripura district chased a Bolero vehicle bearing number TR05F/1797 from the Indo-Bangla border.

When the bolero vehicle developed a technical fault, the BSF soldiers easily could detain the vehicle.

The BSF jawans also nabbed two domestic cattle smugglers with cows in the vehicle.

BSF jawans handed over vehicles and two smugglers to the Dharmanagar police station at around 1:30 pm on Friday.

Dharmanagar police station officer-in-charge Himadri Sarkar said that a total of 10 cows, big and small, were recovered.

Two smugglers named Liaquat Ali and Islam Uddin are in the custody of Dharmanagar police. The house of the abductees is in the Sakaibari area of ??Dharmanagar.
