AGARTALA, June 28 (TIWN): Two Bangladeshi women were arrested by police at Agartala Railway station on Friday.
Agartala GRP PS OC Tapas Das said, these two women Firoza Khatun and Anamika Aktar illegally entered Tripura and planned to go to Poone and Karnataka.
Police detained them from Tripura Sundari Express through which the women were travelling to the destination.
Police are interrogating them to know their motive behind illegal border crossing and to produce both women before the court.
