AGARTALA, May 10 (TIWN): Four quintals of sixty-nine kilograms of ganja were recovered during smuggling.

Based on secret information, North District Superintendent of Police Bhanupada Chakraborty seized a large quantity of dry cannabis in the Churaibari police station area.

A total of four quintals and sixty-nine kilograms of dry ganja in forty-eight packets were recovered from the secret chamber behind the lorry's cap. Along with that the driver Manish Kumar (Satash) and the co-driver were arrested.

Both of their homes are in Nimchak PS area of Gaya District in Bihar.
