AGARTALA, May 7 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Saha while addressing a bank meeting and blood donation camp advised them to stay connected with the customers will polite behaviour and try to maintain a very good customer relation.
CM was highlighting over the workload on Bank staff which leads them to be frustrated and then issues erupt with customers.
CM said, “I understand that sometimes you become frustrated due to work pressure and also due to the behaviour of some of the customers. Also, sometimes pressure on you is high. But remember that’s your job and you are paid for that with the pubic taxes”.
“Your behaviour represent the entire Bank. Be mindful when you are dealing with people. In such situations, close your eyes for a minute and tell these things to you”, CM advised the Bank Officers while address the Blood Donation camp organized by All India Bank Officers’ Confederation in Agartala.
