AGARTALA, March 28 (TIWN): Police have seized huge stocks of illegally stored garments from a home. After led a raid in a house, a large number of bags of women's clothes were recovered and brought to Amtali PS, later. However, no one has been arrested so far, the police said.Based on secret information, SDPO Ashish Dasgupta (Amtali PS zone) along with Amtali police raided the home. It is known that a large number of women's clothes were illegally stored in the house of a person named Sudip Dutta in Pandabpur area.
The accused Sudip Datta has reportedly failed to give any proper answer to police’s queries over phone. He has been summoned to the police station but so far no arrest was held.
Police said, they will interrogate the accused once he comes in clutches of police.
