AGARTALA, March 26 (TIWN): CM Dr. Manik Saha on Sunday while addressing a blood donation camp at Ram Nagar 7 said that there is a significant rise of women voting supports for the BJP in Tripura.
CM said this based on 2023 Assembly poll results.
“Our mothers and sisters have voted for BJP heavily. There is over 3% rise of the voting rates”, said CM.
In contrary however BJP faced a drop of vote shares and BJP-IPFT’s low seat sharing which dropped from 2018’s 44 to 2023’s 33 seats.
